Returns & Exchanges

At Yellow Box, we want you to love your new footwear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Yellow Box branded box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer or outer box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference until your refund is processed.
