What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your footwear ships, we will send a second email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I determine my correct size?
Most Yellow Box styles run true to size. If a specific style runs small or large, we will indicate this in the product description. You can also refer to our comprehensive Size Guide link on each product page.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Yellow Box Footwear ships within the United States and to U.S. territories. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to reach our international fans in the near future.
How should I care for my Yellow Box shoes?
To maintain the quality of your shoes, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the signature Mellow Mat foam and embellishments.
